Simple Lamb Kabobs

This is another recipe that probably will have to go under the “Stupid Simple” category. Made this for my lunches this week…along with my garbanzo bean mash. ALL cooking took about 35 minutes, start to finish. The lamb I had previously cubed and frozen after buying a leg and butchering it.



  • Lamb, trimmed and cubed
  • Olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Light your grill.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Let this sit while the grill warms.


  3. Take some skewers and thread the lamb cubes. Don’t shove them too close together, and try to ensure the cubes on a given skewer are of equal “thickness” (to try to ensure consistent cooking).
  4. Place the skewers on the grill. Turn regularly, and remove when cooked to desired level.
